Who I Am.

Hi, I’m Monica and I love connecting people with real food. In our house that happens in the kitchen. 

As a wife, mom and a woman that spent more than a decade in the tech industry, I know the importance of real food and how it impacts the way you function, your energy and your outlook.

What I Do

My passions are bringing planning, flavor and presentation back to food! I coach women to achieve their weight loss and wellness goals by developing a relationship with real food, again! 

Through a series of programs I teach the tools and concepts to find a balance between real food and sugar.

Healthy, but ready for a reset when it comes to sugar? Mindset shift, sugar shift! We spend six 50 minute sessions together weekly or bi-monthly to design and implement a plan customized for you.

This program takes between six weeks to three months to complete.

Rx: Real Food

Exhausted and want to reclaim your energy? I teach the tools and concepts to find a balance between real food and sugar. We spend twelve 50 minute sessions together weekly or bi-monthly to design and implement a plan customized for you.

This program takes between 12 weeks to six months to complete.
